Dry Pastel – Painting Without a Brush
Charcoal drawing is only a small step away from “painting” with dry pastel. These soft, powdery sticks allow you to blend and layer shades at your own pace. You can work directly with your hands and experience the wonderfully tactile and creative nature of the technique.

Across six sessions held every two weeks, we’ll explore different approaches to drawing and painting – from pencil and charcoal to dry pastel, watercolor, pen drawing, and combinations of these techniques. Each lesson offers a standalone introduction to a specific technique, so you can simply choose the one that appeals to you.
