The subtleties and beauties of pen drawing

Basic information

This course is the first in a series of four taster workshops with our new instructor, Áta Holíková. The courses are loosely connected. You can try them all or choose the ones you like.

In the workshop, we’ll go step by step. First, we’ll practice the basic principles of pen drawing through simple exercises. Gradually, we’ll explore how to work with different tools, their possibilities, and which ones suit you best. The instructor has prepared a full range of exercises that will help you discover your own style and the charm of pen drawing. We’ll draw from natural objects, photos, and ready-made illustrations.
