Basic information

One-time pottery lessons are suitable for anyone who feels the urge to create with clay. No previous experience or pre-planned theme is necessary.

In each session, every participant works on their own project. Advanced students work independently according to their skill level, while beginners follow the instructor's guidance.

We will provide

  • 1,25 kg pottery clay
  • engobes, glazes, colorants
  • firing in an electric kiln
  • use of tools
  • loan of work apron

You need to bring

  • workwear

Notes

The lesson is intended for adults and older children aged 15 and up.

The price of 490 CZK covers one visit to the lesson, including the use of materials and subsequent firing. This price does not include the production of a complete item.

For the full creation of a single piece, at least two lessons are required. In the first lesson, you will shape the item, followed by drying, the first firing (bisque firing), and then you will come back for a lesson to glaze the piece. The piece then goes back into the kiln for a final firing. Therefore, the time between lessons for making a single item is at least 2 weeks, and the total time from shaping to picking up the finished item can be 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the size of the item and the firing schedule.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel a course 7 days before it starts, we will refund the amount paid by crediting your virtual wallet. These credits can be used in our e-shop or to book another course. To process this, you must have a user account at the time of cancellation. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course. Thank you for your understanding.
