Gift Voucher Terms of Use
The gift voucher is intended for payment of purchases at www.mojedilna.com and can be applied to the entire e-shop assortment.
The gift voucher does not apply to shipping costs.
The gift voucher contains a unique discount code that you just need to enter in the "Use gift voucher" field in the cart. The voucher's value will automatically be deducted from the total purchase price, and you will only need to pay the remaining balance.
Purchasing a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the terms of use.
Terms of Use
1. The value stated on the gift voucher will be deducted from the purchase price in the online store at www.mojedilna.com.
2. The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash. The value of the gift voucher/card can only be used in a single purchase. Vouchers cannot be combined within a single purchase.
3. The gift voucher can be used to pay for credit for customers with an active user account. Credit can then be used for purchases until fully exhausted. The gift voucher's validity does not apply to the credit.
4. For goods purchased using the code, you may receive a refund via a replacement code in case of withdrawal from the purchase contract or a justified complaint.
5. The code is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which it becomes invalid and cannot be extended.
6. The gift voucher (code) can only be used for purchases in the online store at www.mojedilna.com.
7. By paying the value of the gift voucher/card and displaying the code, you agree to the terms of use of the code.
8. After using the code to pay for a purchase at www.mojedilna.com, the voucher becomes invalid.
9. The code cannot be replaced in case of loss or destruction of the receipt.
10. The purchaser is not entitled to resell the code to third parties. If, despite this prohibition, they do so, they are fully responsible for any damage that may arise to third parties.
11. The purchase of goods is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure of www.mojedilna.com.
