1. Changed your mind about your purchase?
The return period for products is 14 days from receiving the package.
Inform us via email, carefully pack the products, and send them back to us.
We only accept products that are returned without damage and visible signs of use.

2. How does it work?
- Inform us. Please contact us via email at , provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Carefully pack the products. Here you can find a link with a description of how to safely pack ceramics for transport. We only accept products that are returned without damage.
- Add a note. Please include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
- Deliver the package to us. Send the package to the address: Moje dílna, z.s., Zálešná I 4057, 760 01 Zlín. Or to the Zásilkovna branch: DEPO Zlín, Vavrečkova 5657, 760 01 Zlín 1. You bear the shipping costs this time. Don't forget to keep the receipt for the shipment. You can also personally deliver the products to Moje dílna in Zlín.
- Refund. We will refund the money in the same way the order was paid for - to your bank account. The law requires the refund to be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We usually refund much faster.
3. Product Exchange
We apologize, but for technical reasons, we do not perform exchanges.
If you need to exchange products, please return them in the usual way and place a new order through our e-shop.
4. Complaints
If you find a defect in the products, please email us at , and we will agree on the next steps.
The law provides a 30-day period for handling complaints. We usually handle them much faster. We will inform you about the progress of your complaint.
Returned products must be clean.
