Caring for Ceramics

We fire ceramics at high temperatures in Moje dílna, making them resistant to everyday wear and tear.

Can they be washed in a dishwasher?

We commonly wash our ceramics in the dishwasher both in the workshop and at home. However, it is worth mentioning that we use eco-friendly and non-aggressive detergents. With such washing, the ceramics remain beautiful and you don’t have to worry about wear and tear.
We do not recommend putting ceramics in the dishwasher with strong cleaning agents. In such cases, both the ceramic and the glaze lose their color and become faded - losing their color and shine.

Can they go in the microwave?
You can safely use our ceramics in the microwave. It does not affect their appearance or functionality.

All our ceramics are certified for food contact, having passed the ZÚ test no. 81199/2020. These are natural materials that do not release anything, even at high temperatures.
