How gift vouchers work

With the new website comes a new system. How will gift vouchers work now? Read on.

 

Already have a gift voucher?

Existing gift vouchers that haven't expired or lost their value are still active.

However, they can now only be used once, meaning for a single purchase on our e-shop. How does it work?

• Add courses/ceramics to your cart, and during the checkout process, enter your voucher number in the gift voucher field.
• The system will deduct the voucher's value, and you'll pay the remaining balance via bank transfer.

Please note, gift vouchers apply to courses and products but do not cover shipping costs.

 

Have a gift voucher that exceeds the value of your one-time purchase?

You can convert your gift voucher into virtual credits and use them repeatedly. How?

• Create a user account. It’s easy and anyone can do it.
• In your user account, upload the credit and select the amount that matches your gift voucher.
• During payment, choose to pay with the gift voucher.

By following this process, you'll purchase credit with your gift voucher in your virtual wallet, which you can then use indefinitely. This credit does not expire.
